Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Products may be returned or exchanged only if they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if you wish to request a return or exchange.
  • Certain items, such as personalized orders or opened consumables, are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

  • Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue.
  • Once approved, we will provide specific return instructions and a Return Authorization Number.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.

3. Refunds / Store Credit

  • We do not offer direct cash refunds. Approved returns will generally be compensated with store credit that can be used toward future purchases.
  • In exceptional cases, and at our sole discretion, a refund may be issued back to the original payment method if reasonable grounds exist.
  • Store credits are issued within 7–14 business days after inspection of the returned item.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • If cancellation is requested after 24 hours, your order may already be processed, and cancellation might not be possible.

  • Delivery times may vary based on your location.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight and destination.
  • We may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders (details provided at checkout).
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Risk of Loss

  • Ownership and risk of loss for products pass to the customer once the package is handed over to the courier.
  • We are not liable for delays or losses caused by customs clearance or courier services beyond our control.
