1. Returns & Exchanges
- Products may be returned or exchanged only if they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if you wish to request a return or exchange.
- Certain items, such as personalized orders or opened consumables, are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process

- Once approved, we will provide specific return instructions and a Return Authorization Number.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
3. Refunds / Store Credit
- We do not offer direct cash refunds. Approved returns will generally be compensated with store credit that can be used toward future purchases.
- In exceptional cases, and at our sole discretion, a refund may be issued back to the original payment method if reasonable grounds exist.
- Store credits are issued within 7–14 business days after inspection of the returned item.
4. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
- If cancellation is requested after 24 hours, your order may already be processed, and cancellation might not be possible.

5. Risk of Loss
- Ownership and risk of loss for products pass to the customer once the package is handed over to the courier.
- We are not liable for delays or losses caused by customs clearance or courier services beyond our control.
